Crowd Management, Familiarization and Safety Training A-V/2 P.1-4 – Crowd Management Training is required for all personnel designated to assist passengers in an emergency. This course provides seafarers with the necessary knowledge, understanding and proficiency to carry out designated duties and help ensure safety on board passenger ships in accordance with international regulations leading to certification.
